It's no surprise residents at The Lyric love Valerie as much as we do, she has a whopping 15 years of property management experience! Valerie started at The Lyric as assistant property manager and continued to learn and grow with the community.
Valerie also has lots of experience with the moving process herself so she can relate to the challenges faced by our residents. Growing up with both parents in the Army, she has lived in five different states and even lived in Germany for awhile. She has called Seattle her home city for five years now and she takes tremendous pride in helping people find their home and settle in to their new neighborhood.
Her favorite part about Capitol Hill is the food because the best of everything is right outside your door. You're never alone when you're out and about in The Lyric’s neighborhood, there’s always something going on and someone new to meet! If you are looking for a recommendation for food, drinks or fun on Capitol Hill, Valerie is your gal!
There are many residents that have been at The Lyric as long as she has. "Everyone hangs out, meets new neighbors at resident events, walks each other's dogs - it's like a family here," said Valerie.
When Valerie isn't at The Lyric she's most likely spending time with her kids or sewing. She has a special knack for children's clothes and has even made a number of flower girl dresses!
