Your presence is not required. If you prefer, you can authorize our maintenance team to enter your apartment and complete the requested work while you're away.

The Lyric has a dedicated on-site management and maintenance team available six days a week. Our team can be reached in person, by phone, email, or text during office hours. You can apply online through our website. If you have any questions during the application process, our leasing team is happy to assist.
Applications are often approved the same day when all required information is provided. Most applications are processed within 72 hours.
Set yourself up for success by enrolling in automatic payments, reviewing your lease carefully, and selecting renters insurance that includes personal property and loss-of-use coverage. Keep in mind that utility charges are billed in arrears, so you may not receive your first utility bill for 45 to 60 days after moving in. We welcome your guests at The Lyric! For information regarding extended guest stays and amenity use, please refer to your lease agreement or contact the leasing office.
Rental rates vary based on the lease term selected. We are unable to accept rent payments in advance.
Security deposits are tied to each individual apartment home and cannot be transferred. If you move to another apartment, whether within The Lyric or another Pillar Properties community, a new security deposit and applicable fees will be required.
Subletting is not permitted. If your living situation changes, please contact the leasing office to discuss available options, including roommate releases and lease takeovers, if applicable.
Early lease termination fees apply and are equal to three times your monthly rent, as outlined in your lease agreement.
